In order to adopt this concept without disrespecting the max height allowed by law, we had to excavate 3 feet to acomodate the lower service areas and garage. Cosequently, the main prismatic volume of the building seems to float above the ground and is reached trough a ramp.
At the end of this ramp, a spiral staircase leads either to the rooftop verandah or down to a small pool at the rear part of the plot. The main prismatic volume of the house contains three suites, an open kitchen, and a living area with zenithal ilumination that comes trough a structural glass panel at the bottom of the upper swimming pool.
